ESPA offers an intimate white-box theatre and spacious dance studios designed for artists, educators, and community builders. Whether you’re producing a show, hosting a workshop, teaching weekly classes, or rehearsing with your company, our space is available for both one-time and ongoing rentals.

Studio rentals, performance rentals, and event rentals are all welcome.
